If shipping fees apply the following rates will be added at check-out:

Netherlands:

PostNL / DHL (1-2 Business Days) - €6 | Free shipping over €150

Belgium & Germany:

DPD / DHL (1-3 Business Days) - €8 | Free shipping over €200

 

EU:

DPD / DHL (1-3 Business Days) - €10 | Free shipping over €200

 

United Kingdom:

FedEx / TNT Express (1-4 Business Days) - €12 | Free shipping over €250

 

Rest of World:

RETURN POLICY UPDATE AS WE SAY FAREWELL

As we gradually close down our business, we’ve made some adjustments to our return policy:

- As our SALE will increase to 80%–90%, please note that, as of November 7, 2024, it will no longer be possible to return any orders placed from this date.

- For orders placed before November 7, 2024, our previous return policy still applies. If you’d like to initiate a return, please email us at hello@unrecorded.co to register your return.

Refunds
As soon as we have received your return at our warehouse - we will start processing the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account, depending on your chosen payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
