If shipping fees apply the following rates will be added at check-out:

Netherlands:

PostNL / DHL (1-2 Business Days) - €6 | Free shipping over €150



Belgium & Germany:

DPD / DHL (1-3 Business Days) - €8 | Free shipping over €200

 

EU:

DPD / DHL (1-3 Business Days) - €10 | Free shipping over €200

 

United Kingdom:

FedEx / TNT Express (1-4 Business Days) - €12 | Free shipping over €250

 

Rest of World:

Shipping to United Kingdom

Orders to the UK are shipped duty paid, you should not have to pay any import taxes for you order. 

When importing items outside of the EU, this may incur a customs inspection which we provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

 

Taxes and duties

Orders outside of the EU are shipped on a DAP (delivered at place) service, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country (excluding the UK).

Return information - EU, UK & USA

We have created a new integrated returns system for you to use.

Rest assured that when shipping back your items, you won't have to worry about duties. We've got you covered, making the return process hassle-free and ensuring you don't encounter any additional costs or fees related to duties.

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unworn and unwashed. All original packaging needs to be returned with the product without having been tampered with. 

Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered, and the customer is responsible for the expenses associated with sending the package back. 

While we take every measure to facilitate returns smoothly, it's important to note that we cannot be held liable for returns lost during transit. For added peace of mind, customers have the option to secure insurance for their return shipments. This extra precaution ensures full coverage and protection throughout the return process.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a different size in the return portal. Please note that shipping for exchanges is free of charge. 

Store Credit
You have the option to return items for store credit. Opting for store credit will entitle you to an additional 10% bonus, with a maximum value of €50, added on top of your order value. 

Non returnable items
Due to hygiene and packaging reasons, we are unable to accept returns for socks that have been tried on. 

We provide shipping labels and apply location-based fees for returns:

NL - €7
European Union - Between €9 & €15 (depending on country)
UK, Switzerland and Norway - €25

USA - Calculated at checkout. Please note that these costs may be higher than the above due to additional customs work required by the carriers.

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable. 

We strongly recommend using our shipping label for returns. It ensures a smooth return process with no unexpected costs due to country-specific import regulations and policies.

Returns outside the EU, UK, USA
Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur during returning will not be refunded by Unrecorded.

*Please use DHL or UPS as a courier for your return, we do not advise to send your return with USPS or Royal Mail because of higher custom costs.

Kindly verify with your carrier that your package will be delivered directly to our warehouse's address. Should the package be delivered to a pickup point or an alternative address due to missing customs fees or other reasons, please note that we may not be able to get it or have to apply additional charges for the pickup service.

 

Refunds
As soon as we have received your return at our warehouse - we will start processing the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive in your bank account, depending on your chosen payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
